Update default settings in roo-code-defaults.ts to improve terminal integration and enable diff functionality.

  • Settings Update:
    • Reduce terminalShellIntegrationTimeout from 30,000 to 15,000 in roo-code-defaults.ts.
    • Enable terminalZshClearEolMark, terminalZshOhMy, and terminalZdotdir in roo-code-defaults.ts.
    • Enable diffEnabled in roo-code-defaults.ts.
